libfm-dev software package provides file management support (development), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfm-dev
libfm-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfm-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfm-dev *
You will get with libfm-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
